Each navy has their own select qualities they expect an officer to uphold, and require to be commissioned as an admiral.

Similar to the Rilian navy in that officers compete with one another for promotion, but differing in that officers will backstab, assassinate and use the most intricate subterfuge to climb to the top, regardless of how many bodies they may leave in their wake.
