Nav Iloa

-There is nothing more than rocks and fire in this damn planet?
-This planet is so hot. I'm melting.
-I wonder if the other landing party found something.
— Fatan's crew

Nav Iloa had a rather short existence on Conke. They were born surrounded by fire, they grew up near a volcano, and at the end Isoxato devoured them all. Or maybe something entirely different happened. Fatan's crew didn't stick around on the planet for long enough to investigate further, because giant insects and lava rivers are not very welcoming of Lost space travelers.

-There are skeletons here, the bones are similar to ours!
-Not similar, identical. I must report this to the Captain.
-Report? We need to leave!!
— Fatan's crew

The data collected before retreating into the safety of the ship was scarce. Barely enough to put together some theories about the Nav Iloa:

Lost

The Nav Iloa were space travelers like them, but got marooned on Conke who knows how long ago. They tried to survive, but the harsh conditions of the planet ultimately killed them all. Other crew's members pointed out that if they got there on a spaceship, why didn't they leave? Perhaps the ship was damaged beyond repair.

Extinct natives

Others prefer to believe the Nav Iloa were a native species that just happened to evolve in the exact way they did, because their species is so incredible that it's able to evolve in any environment, but eventually the giant insects that swarm the plateaus ate too many of them all and the rest gave up in their fight for survival. The support of this theory is the ruins they found out. Although the question of how they could evolve but not survive remains unanswered.

Them in the future

Among the crew members, there are some prone to wild speculations with a big imagination. They like to say the skeletons are them in the future. That their ill-fated and absurd journey have only one possible end: dusty bones on a nightmarish planet.
The landing party couldn't bring any samples of the skeletons to the ship to examine, they were busy trying not to get eaten by the Isoxato. This means any theory could be true.

Ruins on Conke. Built by Nav Iloa. Maybe.

-There is something we all agree on: Nav Iloa were unfortunate souls.
