Min'ana

A Min'ana's peruse is often vague as they are simply charged with the care of children. As followers of the Goddess Min they often seek out children who are abused to deliver them to safety. They are known for being able to treat childhood ailments and diagnosis learning disabilities for large Houses. Min'anas are often kept on staff in larger families. And employed as wet nurses and nannies to heirs. Min'anas often have large families and frequently adopt as they also run the house of Orphanie in any given area. Though they themselves are not required to be of the house.  Min'anas are not often welcome in small villages or non contracted businesses. Though they were one of the largest most respected professions in the begging of the empire now people see them as simple annoyances that are useful but inevitably disposable.

Qualifications

All Min'ana train first at a temple for Min before cycling through a Sel'Imar for some medical training and a temple for Bos as well. All Min'ana must take an oath to protect innocence, youth, and cause no harm. This means they have no training in weapons or combat even poisoning besides cures is a taboo topic. Min'ana are also required to be neutral in all manners meaning that they can not take sides in wars or disputes only protectingc children.

Career Progression

A Min'ana's goal is always to be known for care. A famous Min'ana is uncommon but when they are they are treated with good will where ever they go where they might be turned away otherwise. The only place all Min'ana are always welcome are slums, where universal they are untouchable.

Payment & Reimbursement

Most Min'ana are paid through donation to the temple of Min but nannies and wet nurses are paid through the house they care for.

Other Benefits

Min'ana are not allowed to be bared from any space a child might be. If a Min'ana desired to enter any room they believed a child to be in danger they would have be allowed entry.  Because Min'ana have no way to protect themselves even in self defense if it causes harm most will not start fight around them or are allowed to challenge them too duels.
