Queen
The title of Queen is only used in Cocophymal. There are other ranks/titles for other counties governing structure. In Cocophymal there can only be a queen as the ruler and must be a daughter of the current queen. This tradition started way before the founding of Stellify and was put in place by ancestors long before Ayda Wyndan and Faelyn Wyndan the two who have been a Queen for Cocophymal.

Appointment
There is a month long ceremony that takes place when a new queen is being appointed. It is almost a month long party as there is constant food and drink for everyone and no one needs to pay as the Queen will take care of that. There are parties in the Festival Hall and the upcoming queen has her favorite things shown about the kingdom.
Duties
The Queen's main duty is to ensure the wellbeing of her kingdom.
Responsibilities
Either she or someone she has delegated to must do everything to run the kingdom. From ensuring sewage is removed property, approval/denial for expansion of areas, appointments of officials, reviewing tax structure and percentage, listening to her people, and so much more.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
It would take a lot for grounds of removal or dismissal. There is a clause that states if the Queen is not seen as fit, the next in line and the people must agree upon it by 3/4 majority.
