Prompt 25: The Feast of the Fellowship

I remember my first feast of the fellowship. It was while we were set up near the town of winter's glade where we were asked to take part after helping out with some problems in the area. The humans and fenrians brought so many different things that I couldn't decide what to taste first. It was also when I first had fenrian Ale. Don't remember much after that drink though. -Ace Cardia
The Feast of the Fellowship is a yearly festival held by all the races to honor the heroes of old who freed the races from the Lazari. Food is shared between the races as they celebrate together in harmony over food and drinks. Each race brings food from their own cultures to share interesting tastes.

History

After the fall of the Lazari the Fellowship and the people they saved celebrated together with a massive feast in honor of their freedom. This celebration was repeated every year of their lives till that last member of the fellowship passed away. Sadly the celebrations stopped as the relations between races became strained.   Hundred of years later, sometime after the signing of the treaty that ended the second decedent war. The celebration returned thanks to the people living in the territories of the edge. Finding the growing diverse population in the edge causing some tension, they started holding the celebration again to honor the fellowship and to promote harmony.   In time the festival would find its way back in the hearts and minds of the people of the alliance and the empire.

Execution

Decorations are put up to celebrate along with many tables set up so that people can eat together. It tends to take place outside where everyone can meet and greet. Different towns in an area may take turns holding the even or may hold their own one. People from all over are invited and told to bring food or drinks to be shared.   Sometimes even local restaurants or saloons will offer food a drink for the celebration.
