"This northern city was once built upon a glacier between Droheim and the North Sierras but the glacier cracked and now floats near the shore on the Untamed Sea. Human from all Ethnicity can be found here, but also the distinct Dwarven subspecies known as Portsman. This location was referenced in Doctor Mercer's Letter to Pharmacist Graysbane as having an unexplained illness currently affecting its people. There were also some clues which suggested an occult presence in nearby Aether Fell." - from the journals of Old Jass
