Grand Commander
Phasasia Cataca, a high elf, is the Grand Commanders of all the Shone Baret and recently has declared herself to be the High Priestess of Selvan after the temple to Selvan was discovered beneath the tower of the Shone Baret. She and her followers have changed the face of the Shone from a military organization to a religious military organization. The very thought of shifting the culture from one of protection to having a religious alignment has sent shockwaves through the Shone Baret and also the entire world of Amerielle. At this moment, little has changes other than the purging.
Within days of discovering the temple she decreed the swearing to Sylvan and has forced out nearly three hundred Shonites who refused to swear allegiance to him. Most of these have been part of Thorn, her closest Shone Baret group. However, she intends to require all commanders to follow her lead and force their soldiers to swear allegiance to Selvan. She longs to cull non-believers from her own ranks.
The Emperor and her have always had a rather contentious relationship and his and his mother's disapproval of Phasasia actions have further driven a rift between the Empire and those sworn to protect Amerielle.

Personal history
Phasia Catca grew up in a military family in Knightfall Forest. Her father and mother had both been legendary Shonites with her mother being one of the first Elven leaders of the Thorns. Her mother encouraged her to not waste her youth on pursuits other than those demanding of ranks. This external drive shaped her views as she skipped many of the youthful pursuits of elves and instead focused solely on war and warfare.
Accomplishments & Achievements
While researching ancient texts, she found reference to a hidden chamber beneath the Shone Baret Tower and created a team to search for it. They uneearth the temple to a previously unknown god, Sylvan. It was then that she realized the Shone Baret had only been living to half their purpose and her life is in restoring the Shone Baret to their ultimate place in Amerielle.
