Ama bo Xep
The thirteen tribes of the Okoiama are held together by the Ama Bo Xep; a consortium of queens which meet every ten years to review laws which apply to all their peoples, and settlle any issues which may have come between them over the past decade. Outside of these relatively rare meetings, the Ama Bo Xep is only called into session in times of war.
As the Okoiama are not technically a united people, the Ama Bo Xep is more united nations than a true country designation. They exist solely to keep trade between tribes free and flowing, keep each other in check, and as a defensive measure for outside threats. The Ama Bo Xep do not police one another, excepting in matters which threaten the whole of the Okoiama people.
