Great Kivosian Empire

Generally considered one of the most powerful empires in the world, the Great Kivosian Empire is regarded as the cultural heart of Kivosia, and is therefore the namesake of that continent. However, it has lost territory in the past few decades, largely due to a chaotic civil war. Great Kivosia is famous for its scholars and wizards, and due to its central location in global trade routes, it is cosmopolitan as well.
The Empire's population is mostly made up of humans, followed by orc, but many races can be found here. Because it borders The Center, there is a higher than average number of Planetouched, and Tritons can be found on the western coast. In the Galay province, Lan (halflings) are common as well. Dwarves, elves, tabaxi, and dragonborn are also present.The capital, Jeynta, is believed to be the largest city on Zosoa.

The Empire is estimated to have around 25 million inhabitants total.

The Great Kivosian Empires worships the four gods, especially Zosoa. Jovac is acknowledged but direct worship of them is discouraged.

Usually respected by its neighbors, with the exception of the empires of Qista, Ufra, and Tarim, its main competitors.
