Zomb

Mainstay World of the Fractural 'Hand' of the mortal races. On this world the mortals have lost their dominance to the Cadavivva -- the undeathly hordes. The skies over the blighted land are lit grey-lavender and pall-green somber. Winds both damp and acrid slaver across the world, ceaseless in their race to caress living sites and bring them into the undying fold.   Only in the most remote and defensible locations, do the living, plant and being, retain control. The world has become barren in most places given over to swamp where once, were pure lakes and desert where once there were plants.   While much has been lost, there remains the barest hope for a return of life to Zomb. When a Cadavivva is destroyed, the lifeforce is renewed and its effects are felt and seen.   For this reason, the mortal races carry the fight for the world to the Cadavivva as often as they are able to muster their strength . . .
