- Increases Merfolk Mov by 50% per tile when unit is inflicted with the Wet condition
- Halves fire type damage

- Double damage from electrical attacks
- Act as a conduit for electrical attacks (extra tile in each direction)
- Certain terrain will become slippery when wet(cliffs, short grass, tile, slopes)
