Zelkatar

Zelkatar was created from powerful magic of a unknown source. in the current era many races beasts roam the lands. There are the dwarves, Elves, Halflings, Orcs, Goliathes, Gnomes, Half elves, Human, Dragonborn, Drow, kelptan, Tritons, Merfolk, Aakrokoa, and goblinoids and the rarer of the races Marshrak and kenku. Zelaktar has been mostly peaceful on a worldwide scale since the Raktan witch are the legendary items one given to each if the races by the gods each item respresenting each races strenth. Some of the items were devided in to pieces that were given to each group of the races and when asembled were very powerful.
