Integrated within either a necklace or a chestpiece.
This crystal has 2 charges that recharge after a long rest.

• (One charge) Target another creature within 60 feet of you forceing it to make a charisma saving throw DC 15 or be teleported up to 30 feet to an unoccupied place that you can see.
• (One charge) When casting a spell you can use a free action to activate this and give disadvantage on a spell saving throw.
• (One charge) When you are within 10 feet of another creature you can use a free action to halt its ability to dodge your attacks. The target loses it's dex to it's AC for a turn.
