Vægatien, Artist of the People

Rumored to be within the Keel-stone islands, lies an artist and writer who goes by the nam-de-plume Vægatien. This obvious pseudonym refers to the mad god of the same name. Vægatien the artist is a person shrouded in as much mystery as the gods themselves, despite what officials may claim. Their origin is unknown, but what is known is they are well read and have access to an inker. This is what leads people to believe they are within the islands, as inkers of nonstandard sizes are almost exclusively found within that region.
Vægatien became popular only within the last generation or so. Their popularity rose with the wide spread viewing of a political piece targeting the E.P.G. and the Hound's Alliance members. The piece depicts an emaciated rattus worker pulling a large lever attached to a printer while two figures sit upon piles of wealth lighting pipes with notes. It is widely believed that Vægatien may be as old as sixty years of age and that previous works simply went unsigned. Many pirates of the islands claim that they are over one hundred and fifty, and yet others claim them to be older still. Those same people spread rumors that they are anything from a nobleman, to an elf, to a kotel of all things. As to the official description of Vægatien there is surprising amounts of details available and even wanted posters.
The posters are printed in both Khat and local dialects, some of the only mass produced documents to be so. They read as follows: "The man known as "Vægatien, Artist of the People" is a pale human male. He is located within the region known as the Keel-stone islands but reports indicate that he may have been seen in several cities within the Bay of Hounds, most commonly the city of Lulegwharf. He is roughly one hundred and seventy six centimeters in height with a slim build, realistically weighing no more than one hundred and ten pounds. Though the man has a slight frame, he appears to lead a very active lifestyle and can be considered handsome. He has blue eyes and light brown hair that extends to his shoulder. Reports indicate that his hair is often kept up and tied together with a cord. Witnesses claim to see him frequenting many bars and establishments where unscrupulous behavior takes place. Should you know of this mans location report them immediately to the local watch and or your local governance. Information shall be rewarded to a degree relative to the quality of information. Do not attempt to restrain this man as he is deemed extremely dangerous." These posters are strangely absent of any listed crime or reward for retrieval.
