Yulesca

Yulesca is a diverse place, both in its populace and its civilizations. Xili, the most technologically advanced city in the world, stands miles ahead of any other nation in its power and innovation amidst a wasteland formed after a series of wars to attain its dominance, while elsewhere, a society of sentient alien rock forms live in their mountain of Mo'ti'ci, formed from the same asteroid that hit Yulesca hundreds of thousands of years prior.   Monstrous werewolf-like creatures hide their identity as humans across the globe and semi-sapient amphibious creatures feed off humanity's scraps and remains. Religions dealing in the realm of spirits and philosophy form among most races across the world, some gaining great might while others seek enlightenment or true peace and serenity. Powerful mechs stand as a symbol of power in Xili, being the most efficient and versatile weapon of war ever to be created, and bodily cybernetic enhancements have become commonplace among its civilians.   With most of the world bereft of the resources needed to keep up with Xili's technology, much of it is still primitive in comparison, relying on simpler systems of war, labor, and communication. They dare not tread into Garcina, the land Xili is situated within, as they stand no hopes of defending themselves against them. When a piece of Xili technology gets in the hands of an outsider who knows how to operate it, they are of the utmost importance to their people. Every major kingdom and city on the outside has at least a handful of relics from the greatest city, which are cared for by scholars who have learned the intricacies of such technology.
