Bilbo Barkins

Bilbo Barkins (a.k.a. The Dog Whisperer)

Once known as "The Dog Whisperer", Bilbo Barkins is no stranger to adventure. In his youth he traveled across Halfling towns to teach folks the truth about the tradition of Dog Riding. Long had the tradition been practiced using cruel methods of negative reinforcement to force the Dogs to bear their loads, however through Bilbo's reform he taught of methods that were mutually beneficial between Halfling and mutt.
Upon joining overgrowth, Bilbo has been tasked with raising Dracopupper for the future Riding Dragon Corps of Overgrowth. This task has been challenging, but is one that he accepts with glee.
