Storm is a fitting Aptronym for Alara, she is a very chaotic creature that revels in absolute chaos. She wishes no one harm but cannot stand being restricted of bound by rules and norms. To Alara, nothing is as fun as going out into the wild and just whipping up a huge storm of chaos, of fighting, of playing, of fun. Those not used to her behaviour would likely describe her as brash and rude but those are not her intentions in her behaviour, she is merely just, in her own eyes, free from everything.
Her chaotic nature got her in to a lot of trouble during her youth, her family tried to restrain her, tell her she was being far too uncouth for an elf of her stature, but she refused to acknowledge this. Eventually she grew tired of them and left into the wild, alone. This time plays on her mind constantly, though she rarely tells people exactly what happened. When she came back from the wild she was a different person. She could function within society but still held her chaotic nature. However now her chaotic nature was backed up with a power, filled with electricity and jolts, it made it harder for people to question her for fear of how she would react.

It was not until Wilhelm Amadeus I stumbled across her tribe that she realised there may be a true escape away from her home. She became infatuated with this strong willed human who refused to bend to anyone's will. Wilhelm convinced her to become free, with him. To serve the world together, fight injustice against those like them who had been trapped before. She sent him away and agreed to meet him in 2 days at Quantium. No one knows what happened in those two days but when she did meet him, she was badly injured, her potent powers almost drained, arrows sticking out from her limbs. But she told them, that she was now free, that they could be together.

Alara works as the Councillor of Ankora, ensuring that the populace is happy, that they feel the benefits of their freedoms. She is passionate about making sure no one goes through the restrictive life she held far so long.
