Session 11: Zoran's Absolution

General Summary

Zoran: After your long night of negotiating and brawling, you clean up and head to bed, falling asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. As you dream, you see the form of a massive dragon come to you, scales glowing so brightly that you can't quite determine their color. In your mind, a booming voice says, "Child, I call upon you now. You have strayed off the path but once, so I offer you this chance to demonstrate your fidelity. You must recover an item for me, that Tiamat -- my sister and evil, eternal rival -- had her followers steal and corrupt with their underhanded deeds. Will you fulfill my request?"   You find yourself awake -- how are you feeling? You see your sword gleaming with the same shine of Bahamut's scales.   As soon as she touches it, the glow gets brighter and brighter until it fills her vision completely. As your vision clears, you feel hot, dry air whip across your face, and look down to see fine, red sand illuminated by the still faint glow of your sword. Dunes stretch as you can see in this light. The sky looks massive here, and you see so many more stars than you would've thought existed.   Crimsonwatchers Camp:
  • Hidden almost completely by the shifting sands, you see a glint of starlight reflected in a rough, shiny curve nearly the exact same color as the sand.
  • If she digs, she'll see that it seems to open up into a sort of cave
Upon recovery of the item, it will glow brightly -- same thing that happened with her sword, and she'll end up back where she started! NOTE: If Zoran falls to 0HP, her Bahamut-blessed sword will provide her with 4d4+4 HP. This will happen only once.
