Year 454

Long ago, in an age of bronze and conquest, Alexander the great has died. His sons and daughters stood over his death bed and asked him to who he would leave his kingdom, with his dying words he replied "To the strongest". The next 13 years left the world ravaged as the largest magic war known to man broke the world apart. After the dust settled the face of the world had changed, mountains formed where seas once stretched, deserts swallowed much of the world and new oceans and forests emerged. The empire was shattered, in the following years kingdoms rose and fell, nations as old as civilization itself were razed to the ground. Our story begins 75 years later, with the war long over, there is finally a sense of stability in many nations.
