the first asault on EXEDOUSE1

it was a perfect day aboard the EXEDOUS1, no riots, no storms and that awful man John Fellfly was gone. or so thought captain danzek. it turned out that just beyond view a fleet of strange flying shards where preparing to attack. one minute silence the next there where shots, explosions and screams. a deafening hum signified the activation of the defense systems. there where fighters flying everywhere but the enemy where more maneuverable than their best pilots. finally when all had been either shot down or fled, captain danzek came out and looked at the wreckage. sparks flew from broken wires and there where raged, gaping holes in the sides of the ship. both engines where disabled and they had almost no defense. they could make it only to the next rocky planet.
