Serenity's Reach

The Southern Quad of stars in The Fringes, two of the systems are empty - Miriad serving as an uninhabitable buffer system, and Torin's Gate serving as the jump point to the Out Yonder cluster.
Serenity's Reach has long been suspected as a stronghold for Pirates, though this is highly unfounded as this is not a very profitable area to travel through. Still, there does seem to be a larger military force present in the region than given its otherwise lackluster status and remote location.
