Scruffians

After 4 generations of mining Out Yonder, Scruffians have come into their own as a people. During the second generation, they found Root Oil in some rather inhospitable places (inhospitable places are in abundance on Scruffia), and became rich. Shrewd trading on the part of the new company has garnered several profitable contracts and agreements.
