Quicksand

A "spicer" class drug which means it's highly addictive, easy to transport, and the raw form is often available as a legal substance.
Quicksand is one of the more addictive psycho-active drugs in use throughout Hegemony space; its naturally occurring form is found on Serenity which is also another name for the drug.
