The resource rich mining system which forms the minable raw material arm of Serenity's Reach.

History

When originally surveyed over three centuries ago, the system was known to have 4 hostile worlds and an asteroid belt containing numerous heavy metals and their encased rare earths conveniently close to the system's star. Within the past century, colonization and development efforts were focused almost completely on the mining of these resources, but without a planet as a base of operations, mining operations remained relatively small.
A small but profitable dwarven refining facility was purchased and moved at great cost and debt , which the Scions of Serenity Reach paid off far more quickly than the original contract (20 years as opposed to 100) thanks to the incredible riches of the belt.
70 years ago, the mining colony of Dustoff was built in one of the modest sized played out asteroids, 30 years later, gravity stones were installed. Shortly thereafter, a family of enterprising goblins (The Scoots) helped turn Dustoff into something of a Boom Town and continued to reinvest their wealth into its infrastructure; it now boasts publicly available accommodations rivaling Serenity.
50 years ago the near-impenetrable clouds of Aeuramia, the 4th world in the system, cleared to reveal a rapidly evolving and populated Elven habiformed world and declared themselves a protectorate of Serenity's Reach. Non-elves aren't allowed on the world without explicit permission from the Scions of Serenity Reach. The place remains a mystery, shrouded in enigma.
