Alovael City

Alovael City is the capital of Serenity and the seat of power for Serenity's Reach, perched on the Alovael Hills in the heart of the rich Alovael Plains, a small continent comprising of 10% of the world's land surface yet which is responsible for 40% of Serenity's agricultural production.
It is one of only two (significant) cities on the planet, the other being Port City.
