Tavern Owner's Association
Structure
One or two "ambassadorial" positions exist within the association, folks who negotiate, communicate, assist and build relations with other organisations in the area, such as the Fisher Men (and Women), various Temples, the local government, the Merchant's Guild, the Farmer's Union, the Artisan's Guild, The Craftsmen, and the Tasktaker's Unions.
Monthly meetings decide things like who should cover an open position, and also involve votes on various policies, ideas, or trade decisions.
There is no proper head of the organisation at this time, though there has been previously. Typically there is something of a board, about twelve members, who will have the final say on split decisions, and who have more control over frequency and percentage of the take, and running of the guild hall and the shopfront.
Public Agenda
Ditto the slogan basically.
Assets
A small guildhall; a small take, occasionally, from TOA members. Not much else, really. Bit of a shopfront. Some storage space that members can hire.
History
Exact dates of its' conception and of various changes in ethos, running, etc are unknown. However we know why the group was established, and that reason is more or less the Association's slogan.
