Rarkirk J. Lightstride (a.k.a. The Hope, the orphan, that little weasel/punk, that stupid kid.)
A lifelong resident of An-Kerrar. An outlaw, cheat, scammer, thief, punk, deadbeat. An orphan.
Some consider him to be the closest thing, however, to the face of the rebellion.
He has become deeply, messily and irrevocably entangled in both sides of the revolution.
His true views are confused and clouded, his loyalties unclear even to himself.
Mostly, he gravitates toward Grandfather Adderstar, whose strong sense of self and purpose is compelling, and whose wisdom and courage Rarkirk cannot ignore, try as he might.
Maybe, one day, he will rise up and claim a place among the faces of the rebellion. Maybe he will lead them to victory, or die trying. Or maybe he will be the rebellion's undoing, whether by mistake or by design.

Quite heavy brows, semi-permanent slight frown, high cheekbones. Fairly sharp bone structure.
It's possible that the apparent sharpness of features is a result of hunger.

Idk maybe the guy who played Gale in the Hunger Games movies. Admittedly I didn't watch after the first one and didn't even pay close attention to that so I could be way off but the skin colouring and melancholy annoyingness would probably be right on.
