Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The title can only be revoked if the holder falls under 85% control of Xainus's territories.
History
Marin and her cult began to expand and conquer territories across all of Xainus. At one point, she controlled everything except for the Dreamlands. She then appointed herself the Ruler of the New World, a world ruled by her.
Cultural Significance
It was seen as the end of Xainus's freedom for the rest of time. The last few people that were not under Marin's reign feared for their very lives and freedom.
