Wyvernicus System

The Wyvernicus Systems, located in the Calixis Sector, is another System in the vast Imperium of Man. Home of Forge World Wyvernicus and the Scions of House Siegfried. Unlike many other Forge World systems, it is a recent addition to the Imperium. Discovered only in late M38, it wasn't formally inducted into the Imperium until mid M39 and Forge World Wyvernicus only staked their claim in early M40.   However, the Scions of House Siegfried have stood shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the Imperium since their discovery. Their valour in combat was further tested when the Noctis Aeterna occured at the end of M41. Seperated with the rest of the sector, the Wyvernicus system endured countless incursions by the forces of Chaos. However, the Scions of House Siegfried and Legions of Wyvernicus refused to yield and maintained a hold of the resource rich inner region of their system.   Their rescue would come in the Indomitus Crusade, as a Primaris reinforced Raptors 3rd Company arrived to fulfill their agreement. The combined forces of the Mechanicus, Questor, and Astartes managed to clear and regain control of most of the system. With their home system secured, House Siegfried and Wyvernicus detached forces to assist the rest of the Calixis Sector.   Now, in M42, the 3rd Company continues to operate out of the Wyvernicus system. Meanwhile, House Siegfried Knights and Wyvernican Techpriests prepare to dive deeper into the Wyldwoods of Hallow. There is only war in the stars, and the denizens of Wyvernicus find themselves in need of the secrets of the Wyldwoods.
