An empire is founded through blood and fire. A man becomes a god and gathers to himself a great host with the vision and intent of bringing law and order to the bleeding peninsula. Surrounded by his 12 Companions, Elonious Fley Wulfrum is crowned emperor after thirty years of brutal war against the green skin hordes and establishes through the force of his own will, the first Peninsular Imperium.   Though the Emperor brings law and unity, the peninsula is far from tamed. Years of conflict and consolidation have forced the God-Emperor to make many harsh decisions. Law brings order but it does not come easily.
