Adar'ul is a city-state in the World Below that is ruled by Vampires. While the other two nearby city-states, Aszaryn and Kapazand, regularly trade with Adar'ul for mutually-beneficial resources, little is known of the internal structure of the city-state, as they are not friendly to outsiders, and the Aszaryn and the Kapazandi both consciously avoid them.
