Post apocalyptic futuristic (around 2030??). World has been taken over by flora and fauna destroying all but a few major cities. Fauna has grown more intelligent and outnumbered humans. Human population is decreased to only 1/10th of what it once was.   Mana is harnessed by both humans and animals. It is used as a power source (along with electricity, etc...) as well as other every day uses.   TLDR: Animals have taken over most of the world and people can use magic.
