The Great Hall of Isha
History:
Located in the City of Rhennen, The Great Hall of Isha is the largest and most renowned Wayfarer's Hall in the Kingdom of Rema. Though Kade Herwin's home is considered the first guild hall of the Wayfarer's, The Great Hall of Isha was constructed long before Kade Herwin's home was converted into the hall it is now. Founded with the riches gained by exploring the Lost City of Isha, the hall stands in memory of one of the most influential discoveries of the guild to date.
Well funded by the by The Museum of Ishan Artifacts, The Great Hall of Isha spares no expense on the luxuriousness of it's establishment. Home to one of the largest guild museums on the continent, The Great Hall of Isha is one of the few guild halls that allows the public to access much of their property.
Leadership of The Great Hall Of Isha
The Heron
Naheem Acorro has been the elected Heron to the Great Hall of Isha for the last 23 years. Many view him favorably and feel their pockets have been all the fuller since his inauguration. A close friend of Starbreaker Flanagan, Naheem Acorro has been said to receive some of the best leads for legendary discoveries. Though he is a quiet and private man, those who pique his interest with their accomplishments, have been known to be well rewarded.
Steward
Orril Emberstrike, a dwarven man with a platinum blonde mohawk, stands as steward to wayfarer's that visit the Great Hall of Isha. If you're looking to make some extra coin, Orril almost always has a caravan job he can hook you up with. He has a number of merchant contacts and is often sought out to assist their traveling caravans in getting from one city to another. He can also be sought out for monthly and milestone guild rewards.
Beast Master
Responsible for beast dispatch and rescue missions, Beast Master Sazu Marsho is always looking for brave Wayfarer's looking to bloody their swords or lend a helping hand. Though younger then one would except given her accomplishments, the scars on her body show the tribulations she has overcome. If you seek knowledge on a rare beast, you need look no further. Beast Master Sazu is said to have the largest bestiary list in all of Volkyr.
Acquisitions Officer
Lyra Lorawynn's name is known throughout the City of Rhennen. Though she is considered beautiful to many, it is not her looks that keep her name on the lips of others. With a long list of wealthy benefactors to her name, Lyra has a knack for setting up the right Wayfarer for each job. Those who use her services, only have good things to say. The same can often be said with those that she contracts the work out to.
Guild Cartographer
Once a traveler of all of Wonder, Bryce Hubbard became The Great Hall of Isha's Guild Cartographer after he lost his legs in a battle. Now unable to move as freely as he once was, he explores the world in the maps that he creates. Studying to join the Children of Peruse, this human male is quite knowledgeable and can help others gain proficiency with cartographer's tools.
The Great Hall of Isha Guild Merchants
Exceptional Reflection's
This decent sized shop sells mirrors in various shapes and sizes. Run by a reclusive and eccentric old gnome named Podri Adon, almost every inch of the shops walls is covered with a mirror of one size or another, with some even dangling from the ceiling. From the outside, the shop seems too small to have more then one party inside at a time. But as you enter, the room never seems to end. One can easily get lost in this shop. An observant customer will notice that some mirrors occasionally reflect fantastic locations. If a person see's a reflection they wish to visit, they need only purchase the mirror and an accompanying map will be provided.
The Hunter's Mark
Operated by a teifling female named Tartris, the Hunter's mark mostly deals in the trade of hide, claws, teeth, and other scavenged bits of defeated beasts and monstrosities. She has become a valuable source of wildlife information to those willing to part with a few silver.
Guild Restaurants
The Sizzler
Attached to The Museum of Ishan Artifacts, The Sizzler is a renowned restaurant specializing in exotic meats and vegetables. Thog, the half-orc owner is a jovial man who enjoys experimenting with new foods. From drake wings to spider legs, if it's fresh and servable in food form, Thog will be willing to buy it.
The meals served in this shop are known for their fine tastes and filling portions. The exotic nature of their ingredients has been known to impart temporary boons or bonuses to the consumer. This establishment is open to the general public so if you are interested in trying the Daily Special, you should get in line before opening.
