History
In the year 2424, the Metallic Council meet and decided they can aid in the discussions on the Treaty of Kirma. However, the dragons never came to help in the treaty. It was at this meeting that Felgos used his Bronze Chalice of Forgetfulness. The Monks of Kirma tried to seek out the council members to no avail. So they continued with the peace negotiations without them.
After the first war, there was a lot of pain and suffering that needed to have some resolution. So the Monks of Kirma sent out representatives to every kingdom on the Continent of Renstrom. . These representatives were admitted with open arms even in the Kingdom of Malgos as the representatives were Half-Orc and Orc. The King of Malgos at the time presented The Magic Quill of House Morrill to help aid in writing any treaty.
The representatives returned to Kirma. They spent the next three months writing and discussing the various needs and wants of every kingdom. After the debate was over, they drafted the resolution. Then, the representatives went back to the multiple realms to present the drafted treaty. If the various domains were satisfied, they would send a representative to Kirma with the Monks of Kirma representative. This representative would be present at the time of the final draft. If no kingdom returned with the monk representative, that domain wouldn't say how the treaty would work.
Kirma was known as a neutral location. It was an excellent place for all the leaders of the kingdoms to meet for the Treaty of Kirma. It was this treaty that decided that the realms be divided thus forth. This city of Bay Shore became the neutral trading port for all kingdoms. The city of Saundersfoot became the capital city for the kingdom of the Elves. The capital city of Mount Roma will remain in control of the Half-Elf and other mixed races. Malgos will remain the Human capital.
Saundersfoot will allow any Dwarven refugees to live on the edges of The Heart of the Wild. The Half-Elves have also opened their doors for any refugees wishing to return to the undercity of Romation. The reason for these agreements the Dwarves refused to attend the treaty and feel they weren't represented properly. The refugees left Rhineforrel and sealed it as they deemed it unworthy of living within the city until it is returned to grace. They refused the generosity of the Saundersfoot Elves and set out and found the Isle of Draspe. The Elves of Hartlepool couldn't return home as the city was decimated. Those that tried to remain went underground, but the rest settled the Isle of Emranlon.
