Zoey Rand

Zoey Rand, is a witch that was encountered in Omenaeama by Darts, Khepri, Kaladin, and Luyaris.
Zoey Rand, was employed by a traveling carnival in Omenaeama to help with a magic show involving a Manticore. While she was spending time in the town, she met with Khepri and Luyaris who had explored through her house. They found her home to be alive with papers that were filling themselves out, moving about, and existing as though they were alive on their own.
The party also discovered that Zoey Rand, has the ability to create spaces that seemed extra dimensional or illusions. When they had left from Zoey's, she set out to putting on a show for the Carnival.
When party next went to visit Zoey, she was no where to be found in her home. She had apparently left it in a hurry, leaving a lot of paper work and magical items about in her home. The party began uncovering a few of Zoey's mysteries before leaving her home.
