Vancouver Vampires

The Vampires of Vancouver, B.C. have seen significant change recently. The elimination campaign of the local Werewolves put a large dent in the Vampire population, causing a large power imbalance and resulting in a coup in 2014. The new Prince, Thomas "Sully" Sullivan, has more relaxed views on the creation of new vampires and the local population has ballooned since 2017.
