Portland Sept
Located in the woods of Marquam Nature Park, near OHSU, the Portland Sept is home to the most powerful caern in NW Oregon. Sacked by Black Spiral Dancers in 1963, it has served as a hub of corrupting influence in both the Umbra and Tellurian for decades.
The Garou Nation tried to reclaim the sept in 2014 with five silver packs from Astoria, Hood River, and Vancouver B.C., but only six of the twenty five Garou returned. Intel is hard to come by, but it is thought that over 40 Black Spiral Dancers call the sept home, dwarfing the Garou populations protecting the nearby major caerns.
