Leviathan
Leviathan is a metis ragabash, born-and raised by the Black Spiral Dancers of the Portland Sept. A smaller Garou with the wiry build of a martial artist or gymnast, Leviathan spends as much time as possible in his native crinos form. His jet black fur is interrupted by emerald scales along the left side of his face, wrapping around his neck and down to cover most of his back, with long opal spines along his spine to the tip of his tail. Living in the city, Leviathan used his athletic and gymnastic abilities to pick up parkour quite quickly (with the help of forums and youtube). Before his change, he enjoyed sneaking out of the sept to parkour his way down to the Willamette River for a swim. Though he hates humanity as a concept, he does find some humans acceptable, and really enjoys their music. One of his favorite acts is a BSD TrapStep duo in Atlanta, _labrynth, who he will listen to during workouts/drills (which is a lot).
Still young and eager to prove himself, but doesn't want the elders to know he seeks their approval. He has some experience in the Umbra, but most of his life he has been trapped in his crinos form in the tellurian (before the first change, metis can't step sideways or change form), so he isn't as comfortable in the more farout spaces of the Umbra as he may let on.
