Groundskeeper Cabin
The original cabin, built by Theodore Ward 's grandparents in the 1920's.
Purpose / Function
Originally the main lodge, it now serves almost exclusively as housing for kinfolk and visiting Garou of lesser renown.
Architecture
A wood cabin originally built in 1922, it has seen several remodels and additions. Simple in design, but well-cared for, it shows no sign of its real age. A large deck over the steep southern dropoff was built in the 1960's, designed to hold the weight of festive Garou.
History
Served Ward family home for two whole years until the spirit of the caern was awakened in 1924. Then it became the main lodge of the the Hood River Sept. At least one member of the Ward family lives in the Sept. Theodore Ward has seen a couple generations come and go, but he remains.
