Copper Elves are a reclusive people, preferring to live in such areas as deep forests. They place more emphasis on strength than learning. Copper Elves are considered by other elven peoples (particularly the austere Gold Elves) to be boisterous and hedonistic. They have a zest for life and pleasure.

Common Dress Code

Copper Elves dress in accordance to the season. In spring and summer they wear green. Fall sees them in orange, red, yellows. White in the winter.

Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals

Copper Elves are slowly moving away from worshiping the Vanir and are becoming more aligned with the Kalevala Tapio and his followers.
Copper Elves will maintain small gardens for herbs and vegetables but the only domesticated animals the keep are pets. Copper Elves prefer wild game over domesticated animals. They will also maintain small groves of nut trees.

Elves have the ability to see into the infra-red spectrum, so they are able to see up to 60’ in darkness, noting varying degrees of heat radiation.
Secret or concealed doors are difficult to hide from elves. Merely passing within 10’ of the latter makes an elven character 16 2/3% (1 in 6) likely to notice it. If actively searching for such doors, elven characters are 33 1/3% (2 in 6) likely to find a secret door and 50% likely (3 in 6) to discover a concealed portal
Classes Fighter/thief, fighter/cleric, fighter/cleric/thief or ranger/cleric but a few Copper Elves will have magic user class. aided by a council.
