The Baffling Eye
Known Effects:
Gain truesight on attunement, x-ray vision if you use your action to activate it, and 8 charges. These charges can be used to cast spells at a DC 18 save. The spells within the eye are Clairvoyance (2 charges), Crown of Madness (1 charge), Disintegrate (4 charges), Dominate Monster (5 charges), or Eyebite (4 charges).History
Marco found this eye in the storage room of Eg'drith's mansion during 4B. The Demon Ball. He kissed it and then took it with him. He is now attuned to it. He was able to identify that the eye is from a demon and that the item was not created in the Seven Hells, though Marco found it there. Zinyra could identify the eye as that of her now-dead patron, Brad the Baffling.
Vyzzyg identified the type of magic on it as likely to be dream magic from out of the Locked Plane, though Vyzzyg doesn't know how dream magic can move physical items into other planes. Vyzzyg also noticed that Marco was cursed from the item, though it was a passive curse. The curse would not end if Marco unattuned to the item and they weren't sure what spell would end the curse.
No one knows anything else about its history.
