Drudge, Forager
Undying Fervor. If damage reduces a forager drudge to 0 hit points of fewer, he must make a Constitution save equal to 10+damage dealt. If he succeeds, then he is reduced to 1 hit point instead. Swamp Lotus Poison. A creature subjected to this poison must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 2 (1d4) poison damage and is Poisoned for 24 hours. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not Poisoned. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points, they are immediately stabilized, but unable to move until they receive 1 HP magical healing or rest for 1 hour.

Ghast, Tyrant
Blood Rage. For every +8 temporary Hit Points the creature possesses, it gains a +1 to hit in melee. Soul-Reaver. The soul of any non-undead creature slain by a tyrant ghast does not pass on. It is trapped within the body of the tyrant itself, and remains under its influence. The creature's body reanimates as a Drudge, within 1d4 hours, under the control of the ghast. For every drudge active and under its control, the tyrant ghast gains +2 Temporary Hit Points. Turning Defiance. The tyrant ghast has advantage on all saving throws against effects that turn undead.
