Church of Einjar
There are numerous accepted religions in Frampia, but none hold the same influence as the Church of Einjar. The Einjarites believe that the giants prepared the earth for it's current residents, and should be praised for their works. The church also celebrates the idea that the Giants will return, this event will supposedly happen at the end of time, when the Einjarites will be rewarded for their faith, but is something of a secondary tenet for the faith.
The name Einjar comes from one of the stones covered in Giantspeech, which references a king of the giants. This figure is the center of the faith, believed to be high king in a pantheon of other representatives. While the faith celebrates all giants, it has proven easier for most to focus on specific giants, usually renowned for specific aspects. One example of these is Norhel, the strong giant who is the patron of rivers and farmers.
The rituals of the Einjarites varies wildly and are often tied to the individual patron. There is a yearly celebration, Frampianalia, which the Einjarites claim as their main ritual, but it is celebrated across the empire, even among non-believers. While the rituals vary, the followers often mark their faith in a remarkable similar fashion. Both men and women embroider their clothes with a small man-shaped figure that is hoisting a mountain above it's head. For commoners this is usually merely a simple stickfigure with a triangle above it's head, but for richer believers the symbol can take on elaborate amounts of detail. Jewelry such as brooches and hair decorations of the symbol are also popular, and the more elaborate ones will involve symbiology referencing the wearers favorite patron.
