Fronteirland
Frontierland is a land representing the frontiers of the Old West. You can find Pecos Bill's Inn and Tavern, the Great Thunder Mountain Railway, as well as a pirate's treasure island. Home to such characters as Pecos Bill, Calamity Jane, Paul Bunyon, and John Henry.
Since the great calamity that changed the Disney World parks, fighting has broken out between the owner of the railway and the inhabitants of Pecos Bill's Inn. The evil capitalist is trying to take control of the whole land so that he can exploit not only the land but the residents as well. But what secrets is he hiding with the Thunder Mountain mines? Has he dug too deep and stumbled across a great evil? Or are there treasures greater than gold?
Speaking of gold, what secrets hide out on Tom Sawyer's island? Are the rumors and legends about a pirates booty true? Sinister sounds can be heard at night from the island. Has some great beast made its home there? There's only one way to find out! Grab a raft and wade your way over. But beware......Dead Men Tell No Tales!!!!!
Recent screams have been heard from Splash Mountain where Brer Rabbit battles against Brer Fox and Brer Bear. Is it possible that Fox and Bear have wisened to Rabbit's tricks regarding the Briar patch? A dark cloud hangs over this location. What evil portents are on the horizon?
The Country Bear Jamboree has been eerily silent since the calamity. No one has seen neither hide nor hair of the Country Bear family. Did something terrible happen? Is it possible that this gentile family has gone feral? Are they now a danger to the townsfolk that enjoyed their nightly entertainment? There's only one way to find out as a new sign has been posted outside saying a new show will be running for one night only.....Tonight!!!!
Are you brave enough to face the Wilds of the West, the buzzing of the Bayou, and the treachery of trains? There's no lack of adventure and mystery here. Just beware of who you trust, it's a dog-eat-dog world in here.
Architecture
Styled after the Wild West towns that sprang up all over the western United States, Frontierland includes an Inn and Tavern, a theatre, a trading outpost, and the beginnings of a rail station.
Tourism
Many have come from far and wide to see the Country Bear's Jamboree showcase as well as the shooting talents of Calamity Jane. Most hope to be able to see Pecos Bill wrangle up a tornado or to watch Paul Bunyan cut down a giant sycamore with a single swing or maybe the kiddies hope to catch a ride on the back of Blue.
