Passive: When he smells someone's blood, he can find that person as long as he is no farther than 5 km from them.Activated: The blood he lost coagulates into sharp needles he can use as a weapon.
Conditional: When he dips his hand in the blood and paints his body with it, he can gain the strength of the person whose blood he used. This power accumulates the more blood of different people he paints himself with. This ability works for two hours for each person. It is one of the main reasons why he is so murder-happy.

He wears a red jacket with special sleeves that can be opened or detached at any moment. He has the same kind of solution in his pants, where he can open and detach their legs. That makes it easier for him to paint the blood on his body.

Since he was born, Redcap was very aggressive. He murdered every Created that stood in his way and at some point just became Number 17.
At some point, it turned out that his outbursts lead to the bigger loss than it was expected from one of the Created, so since then, he is restrained in his cell. This strategy additionally makes him really angry and The Creation Project hopes to turn this rage outwards towards the Beasts.
