Erich Hoger
Rom will immediately recognise them as Erich Hoger and his youngest son Werner. Eric is one of his least favourite people from the village and a bit of a troublemaker in The Hammer and Anvil.
Felix surprisingly also recognises Erich as Erich Voss a notorious thief and chicken rustler from Ubersreik.
As the cart draws closer Erich begins to greet Rom in his usual sneering fashion, but then recognises Felix.
'Herr Jaeger! such a beautiful mornin fer a walk don't you think?' he sneers.
but then recognises Felix.
'Taal's teeth if it ain't my old friend Herr Felix, not lookin fer me I 'ope yer honner. I ain't done nuffin wrong.' he stammers his face instantly taking on an innocent look.
'Yer a long way from 'ome Herr Felix, must be somfin important to drag you this far from Ubersreik.'
"Somone bin nickin the Graf's apples again?" he adds impishly
If asked to open the sack it will reveal a number of traps and snares which Eric plans to set amongst the tree's along the road to catch rabbits. But nothing incriminating, and as far a Felix knows there is nothing between here and Hugeldal that would tempt Eric to some sort of illegal activity, Nevertheless he exudes insolance and deviousness.
