Weaponry

The Vanguard has polearms and shorter secondary weapons, they wear the most protective armor available ( 4 Units), Shock units have longbows and two-handed secondary weapons, their armor is lighter than that of the vanguard (2 Units).

Structure

Generals lead campaigns or command armies within specific regions, Commanders lead individual armies comprised of multiple battalions, a battalion of 300 is led by a Chief, units of 50 are lead by a Captain, Sergeants lead Battle Groups of 25 men.

Training

Upon joining recruits undergo 3 years of basic training. afterwards they do one year of special training with their unit and are expected to maintain certain combat proficiency levels.

Troops are not paid very well, but are provided with food, equipment, training, and beds all for free.

Recruitment

Must be over 35 but under 155 years old, at the time of enlistment. Must be Valngheim.
