Personal history
Micheal is an average Irish-Canadian who decided to be a cop. He was born and raised in canada and is a third generation immigrant. During prohibition (Circa early 1930's) he was a rum runner who needed money until he got fed up with a few jerks and moved onto police work.
He led a normal life. During the second world war he met Alanna North and aided her with The Ice Beam incident. Since then he became an occasional ally to Nelvana and friend to Alanna along with becoming an acquaintance to the Langdons.
He died of diabetes in 1976.
