Three Week Rebellion against Baron Garook

When You Piss Off Three Major Groups.

Diamond Lakes boarders many territories on its eastern side. Specifically the Copper Mountains, Red Wood Transit, Classless Badlands, and Gold Wheat Fields. This has lead to the Bridge Way Monarchy military being spread thin along this front to defend their trade routes and farmland.
Baron Garook was responsible for maintaining the roads watching over the Classless Badlands and Gold Wheat Fields. Quietly abducting travelers, to increase his number of thralls. However he realized he needed to improve his Diamond Guard chances of success if conflict should ever start by constructing a damn that used water wheels to generate electricity. That was when the Fields Union farmers had a drought, the waters Copper Mount Militia traders used to make the journey vanished, and the New Striders rebelled. The idiot had blocked off a major river to the Fields Union capital.
The conflict began with the thralls rebelling. Having raided the armory where their stolen equipment was kept. The mob of awoken had planned their escape carefully. Disposing of their watchful oppressors in the evening and fleeing into Fields Union territory. By the morning an entire platoon of merchant militia arrived, their numbers bolstered by the thralls. By Electro-Type reinforcements arrived before noon. The Baron's men fortifying the large castle he had procured as they prepared for a siege. Two weeks of near-constant battle fallowed. The walls of his castle filled with bullets, brass, and cannon shot. However Garook had gotten a messenger out and the Bridge Way Monarchy were to reinforce him.
One week into the conflict, traders from the Copper Mount Militia used long range radios to contact Arsenal Basin. Several squads lead by Guns of the North were deployed, the platoon headed by the then Ratnik Creig Vyenski . They arrived in the dark of night on the third week of the siege. A messenger coordinating an evening attack which instructed the Fields Union forces to blast apart the dam that they had constructed. In the chaos Creig Vyenski and his men scaled the castle walls. Baron Garook didn't even know he had lost, kicked out of his bed by the leading Ratnik, being captured as a prisoner of war, and forced to sign a peace treaty.
