The Infinite Skyscape

The Infinite Skyscape is a sea of free-flowing mana at the ‘top’ of the metaphysical plane. It is mostly inhabited by celestials, but there are other, less intelligent beings there too. Out of all the regions in the metaphysical plane, it is the most magically charged, as it is at the crest of the Arcanum Circular.
